Description
The CA1 is designed specifically for small productions. It breaks 1 walnut at a time, previously washed
and dried, calibrated or not.
The CA3 is the reference in its category. It is designed to break 3 nuts at a time, previously washed and
dried, calibrated or not. To increase its flow (+ 50%), it can be equipped with a variable speed drive.
Their breaking system is continuous. It minimizes breakage of kernels.
Their practical and effective use does not require monitoring. They are particularly robust and require very
little maintenance. The CA1 and CA3 are equipped with an anti-stones system which makes it possible
not to damage the breaker if stones with the same diameter of the nuts pass in the machine.
The Mini CA1 breaker is equipped with 220 V single phase.
The Junior CA3 breaker is equipped with 380 V three-phase.
In the standard version, the flow rate of the CA3 is 50 to 70 kg / hour depending on the size of the nuts.
With the electronic speed variator option, a maximum flow rate of 70 to 100 kg / hour is possible. This
option also makes it possible to lower the rate of the breaker to 20kg / hour.
Example:
– In the case of nuts that are easy to break, you want to have bigger flow, the variator option allows you to
increase it up to 100kg / hour depending on the size of the nut.
– If you are alone at the sorting table, the batch is difficult, you can lower the flow with the drive option up
to 20kg / hour.
