With this separator, we can separate by blower the shells and the fruits (kernels) or even the empty nuts and the filled nuts. This separator is also fitting for almonds and hazelnuts. The air flow rate is regulated by a variator.

The Conical Rotor Cracker (CRC) is especially made to crack an important amount of walnuts / hazelnuts / almonds, previously washed, dried, sized or not.
