The Multi-level Dryer SAE is an economical drying system that efficiently uses air humidity and heat supplied by the generator. Nuts are pre-dried on the upper levels and finished on the lower levels, allowing higher drying temperatures (30–35°C) while ensuring uniform and controlled drying.

Stage dryer 2×1 m is a compact and economical solution for walnut drying. Equipped with a centrifugal blower (220 V or 380 V) and a 32 kW heat generator. The structure includes an openwork floor and four sides, with unloading via a trapdoor. Easy to assemble, movable, pallet-shipped, and designed to dry up to 1 ton of walnuts.

Equipped with a motorized inner drum that rotates in the opposite direction to the outer drum, it can, thanks to the speed variation and the nature of the coating, act with force or softness continuously. Its robust chassis and components allow for intensive use. It is easy to maintain and spare parts are readily available. The control is done by varying the filling rate and the rotation speeds. Driving requires some experience.
