AMB Rousset Walnut Processing and Cracking Line for Akuris Zvrebi LLC

Project Overview

In 2024, Farmarea Industries supplied and installed an AMB Rousset walnut processing line for Akuris Zvrebi LLC. Since walnuts arrive at the facility relatively clean and free from stones and branches, additional stone and stick separation equipment was not required. Together with the customer, a solution was selected that included walnut washing, drying, sizing and cracking equipment.

Processing Capacity

Washing line capacity: approximately 4 m³ per hour. Walnut cracking line capacity: approximately 350 kg per hour.

Project Outcome
