Complete AMB Rousset Walnut Processing Line in Mukhrani

Project Overview

In 2023, Farmarea Industries completed the installation of a complete AMB Rousset walnut processing line in the village of Mukhrani, Georgia. Since walnuts are harvested using several MONCHIERO 20125 harvesters, the facility required a complete cleaning and drying process capable of handling large volumes of product and preparing walnuts for commercial sale.

Scope of Work

Farmarea Industries supplied and commissioned a complete AMB Rousset walnut processing line, including:

• TKD 24 m³ Receiving Hopper with automatic feed-rate control.
• Additional Cleaner for branches and field debris removal.
• SB2 Stick Separator.
• Two L38 Washer and Green Husk Removers.
• BLOWER 3100 Air Separator.
• TA1 Inspection Table.
• Buffer Storage Bin.
• Five AMB Rousset Dryers with electronic humidity and temperature control.
• Additional Buffer Storage Bin.
• Two C37 Sizers for grading walnuts into seven size categories.

Processing Capacity

Project Outcome

The project established a fully integrated walnut processing system covering reception, cleaning, washing, drying, inspection and sizing. The line enables the producer to obtain cleaner, uniformly dried and commercially attractive walnuts while reducing losses and improving processing efficiency.
